Ava weighed in at 6 lbs 6.8 oz!! That’s a gain of a little more than 4 oz since Friday and more than her discharge weight of 6 lbs 5 oz! Dr. Moore would still like us to continue the nurse/pump/feed routine we have been doing for a couple more days. He said he likes to see babies get back up to their birth weight within 2 weeks. At the rate she gained this time it seems like we’re on track to hit that target! We are in the clear until her 1 month routine appointment.
Ava’s cord stump fell off today which means we can do regular baths now! Her little belly button is so cute!
